[RTL] On 10.11, avatar button doesn't follow window

On 10.12, the avatar button is moved to the left, but on 10.11 it stays on the right. On 10.11, when resizing the window, it should stick to the right but it doesn't.

[Mac RTL] Only tie the avatar button to the left side of the screen when it's moved to that side.
