Aw Snap/OOM when taking a heap snapshot while debugging

Reported by cyril.fl...@addepar.com, Feb 17 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to www.google.com
2. Put a breakpoint in one of the JS file
3. Reload
4. When you stop on the breakpoint, take a heap snapshot

What is the expected behavior?
I used that technique many many times before and got my heap snapshot

What went wrong?
Aw Snap / Out of Memory

Did this work before? Yes I don't know, I don't track closely enough nor do it every month. I would say it was working 3 months ago.

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
