Typing and IME related input types should be non-cancelable

More specifically the following input types should be non-cancelable:
1. 'insertText'
2. 'insertLineBreak'
3. 'insertCompositionText'
4. 'insertReplacementText'
5. 'insertParagraph'
6. 'deleteWordForward'
7. 'deleteWordBackward'
8. 'deleteSoftLineForward'
9. 'deleteSoftLineBackward'
10. 'deleteEntireSoftLine'
11. 'deleteHardLineForward'
12. 'deleteHardLineBackward'
13. 'deleteCompositionText'
14. 'deleteContent'
15. 'deleteContentBackward'
16. 'deleteContentForward'
