I've been doing some changes to the chromium tests recipe, and they appear to not take effect on the bot for a while. I'm not exactly sure why.

Specifically:

https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/tools/build.git/+/d223b0f34d7a941848ec0b387819734658f5611c is the CL which I landed which should have turned the bot green.
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf.fyi/builders/Battor%20Agent%20Linux/builds/490 is the build where that CL took effect. Note the update_scripts revision is after the above thing.
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf.fyi/builders/Battor%20Agent%20Linux/builds/447 is the closest build to when my CL landed that I can find. 

I don't know why the bot didn't pick up my changes. Any ideas?
