I assume you want to sign in to you gmail account in chromium. Is your private build of chromium? If yes, did you set up API key? If no, please use following page to set up. https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/api-keys If yes, please send a screenshot of your chrome://sync-internals and chrome://signin-internals.
