Please allow LAN IP to be visible in Admin Console for enterprise device tracking purposes

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to admin console
2. go to manage chrome devices
3. activity tracker, no IP populated under LAN IP

What is the expected behavior?

Unfortunately I do not have an admin credentials to access Admin Console, so unable to try a repro. 

Lopping to few folks who might have more insight about the issue.
I believe IP is only shown if the device is auto-launching in kiosk mode and if health reporting is enabled.  Is this the case?

Correct.  Those LAN IP & WAN IP info will only be reported if there's an auto-launched kiosk app currently running on the device.  The Admin Console UI can be improved, we can hide IP related labels in Admin Console if no kiosk app is set to auto launch.

Matt, so, should this be an improvement on the server side to hide the IP related blocks when they're not applicable?
