Impersonation/identity theft

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Stop from being hacked
2. Using my email impersonating me
3. 
Locking me out if my own accounts

What is the expected behavior?
Not sure why this person is harassing me on the computer and phone devic s

What went wrong?
They changed my Apple ID , password.  I am locked out of all my accounts. Software apps a provisions were placed on my devices . However they were using my email to do it . So everyone thought it was me. However it is a Alias email . Placed Eula on my devices .  All my privacy is gone locked out of my aol account I got when I was 14 I am 39. They stole my social security address, banking

I need it to end I never approved of any apps or softwares to take all my privacy away. My cell is 475 777 8062
However I have several attached to me still

We are very sorry for this situation.
Concerning your Gmail account, you can fill the form at https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery

For the aol and icloud account, there should be similar forms to contact the support and retrieve your access to these.

In the meantime, you should change your password on all your other accounts (Facebook, bank account..). You should also activate 2-factor authentication for the websites that accept it.

You may also want to warn people who communicate with you (friends, bank,...) to distrust emails coming from these addresses.
