Regression:"Advanced" section collapses after reloading the page in chrome://md-settings

Chrome Version: 58.0.3014.0 (Official Build) 6a7a139970ad3232c1efa03508df28b8a4883f1a-refs/heads/master@{#450840} (32/64 Bit)
OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/content
(2)Click on Back arrow button,refresh the page.
(3)Observe.

Actual:"Advanced" section collapses after reloading the page.

Expected:"Advanced" section should not collapse after reloading the page.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-54,will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build -- 54.0.2832.0 (revision : 412743)
Bad Build  -- 54.0.2833.0 (revision : 413134)

You are probably looking for a change made after 412918 (known good), but no later than 412919 (first known bad).

It's working as intended that Advanced collapses after a refresh.

Old Options collapses Advanced after a refresh also.
