Pre-Condition : 
1.Keep the device idle for 5-10 min 
2.When Network condition is poor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->Click on Uber Tray
(2)Now Select 'Network' option -> Observe there is only one connected network and now observe for Loading Icon at 'Network info' option (Please refer screenshot)

Expected: 'Searching for Wi-Fi networks' Loading Icon should be seen at 'Network info' option  
Actual: Instead No Network information is seen while searching for others Networks

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in 55.0.2883.103/8872.73.0 Stable-channel Daisy
