Regression:Spacing issue is seen in Memory tab of Devtools

Issue description

Chrome Version:58.0.3013.3 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,open devtools on any page
(2)Go to Memory tab, 'Record allocation timeline' 
(3)Go to summary dropdown,select Containment and Observe.(kindly refer video)

Actual Result:No Space is seen between drop down arrow icon and Name.
Expected Result: There should be some gap between drop down arrow icon and name.

Note: The same issue is also with the Heavy(Bottom Up) in 'Record Allocation Profile'.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-58

Thank you for the report.  Yes, I'm responsible for this regression, it's assigned correctly.
Just to update!
Issue is still seen on Windows-7 with latest canary(58.0.3020.0)

Able to reproduce the issue on mac os 10.12.3 using chrome M59 #59.0.3047.4 .
