Crash when separating a tab in fullscreen

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8872.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.105 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel samus

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to fullscreen immersive mode
2. open multiple tabs
3. separate one of the tabs by dragging it down

What is the expected behavior?
tab separated

What went wrong?
full crash

This bug does not have a Crash ID!  These logs are key to figuring out what went wrong.  Please go to chrome://crashes and look up an ID.
