Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3014.0 (Official Build) 6a7a139970ad3232c1efa03508df28b8a4883f1a-refs/heads/master@{#450840} (32/64 Bit) OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) Test URL: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/chennai/edappadi-k-palaniswami-is-new-tamil-nadu-chief-minister/articleshow/57181386.cms Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome, go to above URL. 2. Play Video, Click on Full Screen button(on video) and observe. Actual Result: Video does not render properly (Black patch is seen). Expected Result: Video should appear properly. This is regression issue broken in 'M 58' and will soon update the bisect info: Manual Bisect Info: Good Build 58.0.3013.0 Bad Build 58.0.3014.0 Note: Issue is not reproducible in Firefox.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.3 with chrome version #58.0.3018.0, as per steps mentioned in the comment #0. Observed that video is rendering properly on these OS platforms, attaching the screen-cast for reference. lpanse@ could you please confirm on this behavior. Thank You...
