"gpu crash" when running LayoutTests on Mac on Swarming

When running LayoutTests on Mac on swarming there are a huge number of tests failing with "gpu crashed".

Guessing this is another missing dep from the BUILD.gn file. Need to figure out what has osmesa.so in it.

webkit_layout_tests: Add osmesa as data_dep.

osmesa is a "loadable module" object and hence needs to end up in the
data_deps file.

See content/shell:content_shell_crash_test for another example of this.
