Regression: cursour blink is not seen in the .cls of devtools section |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3013.3 OS: Ubuntu(14.04),windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome,and open NTP press f12 and click on .cls in elements tab (2)enter any name in .cls and delete the name and observe the cursour. Actual Result: cursor is not blinking after deleting the name. Expected Result:cursor should blink after deleting the name. Note:Able to repro the cursor issue in the below scenario as well. sources section of dev tools and ctrl+p and then enter file name and remove and observe cursor. Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, You are probably looking for a change made after 450369 (known good), but no later than 450370 (first known bad). Hence assigning this issue manually as per below CL.
