Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3013.0 dev OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome,open devtools on any page>>Dock to bottom (2)Go to Memory tab, 'Record allocation timeline' (3)Go to summary dropdown,select statistics.Drag the window from top to bottom and Observe the Donut Chart.(Kindly refer video) Expected Result:Text is seen overlapped with chart. Actual Result:Text shouldn't be overlapped with chart. This is a Regression issue broken in M-58 Manual Bisect Info: =================== Good Build:58.0.2995.0 Bad Build :58.0.2996.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.3 using chrome version 58.0.3013.0

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome dev #58.0.3018.0, alph@ since it has a release block-stable label , could you please provide the latest update on this issue.

Tested the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.2, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version#58.0.3025.5 with the steps mentioned in comment #0.Observed that the text is not overlapped with the chart in dev tools. Hence adding TE-Verified labels. Please find the attached screen cast for the same. Thanks!!
