Infobars on Mac point to wrong place when secondary-ui-md is enabled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md
(2) Trigger an infobar.

What is the expected result?
The infobar's triangle points at the middle bottom of the security indicator.

What happens instead?
The triangle points at the bottom left of the omnibox (observed.png).
