[MD Bookmarks] Add 'undo' for deletion

At the least, we need to add an 'undo' button to the toast which appears when an item is deleted.

It would be cool if we could improve the 'undo' behavior to be able to undo more than one operation. That would be significantly more work.

[MD Bookmarks] Add undo/redo functionality to MD Bookmarks.

This CL adds undo/redo functionality to the bookmark manager by enabling
the BookmarkUndoService when MD Bookmarks is enabled.
