webkit side patch is landed..

You can certainly try to integrate it, but I think there has been significant divergence.

Summary: Apply stroke-linejoin and stroke-linecap (other stroke properties?) on DOM text (was: Apply SVG's paint-order, stroke-linejoin, and stroke-linecap on DOM text.)
I'm not sure... merging the paint-order bits into that seems reasonable enough ("done" by editing summary) - there are still unanswered questions wrt how the various stroke properties interact. (-webkit-*stroke* and stroke-*.)
