What are these Chromium-side bugs intended to be used for?

So I can prioritize in my new shiny hotlist.

Just trying a thing out. If this smells bad, let's talk. If you make a convincing argument, let's adjust :).

Looking forward to seeing what comes out of this; was just wondering about the reason for this one :).

As I mentioned, I'm not the biggest fan of the GitHub issue tracker anyway, and the hotlists do look pretty sweet.
