What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to Chrome://settings
(2) search for clear data
(3) there's no result - click on the link to the help center
(4) you're dropped in on the help center home page
(5) you have to search AGAIN for the term you just searched for

What is the expected result?
1. Ideally, the search terms can be included and the user can be linked directly to: https://support.google.com/chrome/search?q=clear+data

What happens instead?
There's no personalization, and the user's dropped into the help center and they have to search in the HC (after just searching in the settings page)
