I marked the duplicate as blocking. Can't you apply the issue in a checkout and then git cl try -m ... -b ...?

With the UI there's no possibility yet.

I haven't tried. The UI also told me which bits are available. How would I do that on the command line?

FYI the UI is coming very soon as it just landed yesterday. Assuming there are no glaring problems you should see it mid to late next week.
