Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.52/9202.27.0 Beta-channel Daisy,Candy,Minnie and Peppy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Connect mobile dongle to the device >>Open Uber tray
(2)Go to Network section and make sure mobile network toggle button and connected dongle name is displayed under Mobile section
(3)Now remove dongle from the device without closing Uber tray and Observe

Expected: On removing dongle from the device mobile network toggle button should not be seen in uber tray.
Actual: Instead Mobile network toggle button is still seen until you revisit.

This is regression issue as it is working fine 55.0.2883.103/8872.73.0 Stable-channel Daisy

@varkha it looks like the cellular network section should disappear when a mobile dongle is removed.

From what I see in the video the item gets hidden but the section is left until the detailed network page is reopened. Doesn't seem like Pri-1. Please change back if you still think it is Pri-1.
I agree it doesn't seem very common to have the system menu open while you remove a dongle. Is there any possibility of a crash or similar if the user toggles cellular after removing the dongle?

I won't be able to work on this anytime soon so returning to the queue for triage.
Issue is still reproducible on 65.0.3322.0/10312.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy and Reks
