Incorrect Russian translation in the context menu for the reload button

[Where is the poor translation?]
1. Open Developer Tools
2. Right-click on the reload button to open the context menu.

Incorrect translation #1: "Аппаратная перезагрузка"
Correct translation #1: "Жёсткая перезагрузка"

Incorrect translation #2: "Очистка кеша и аппаратная перезагрузка"
Correct translation #2: "Очистка кеша и жёсткая перезагрузка"

Status: Fixed (was: Unknown)
Hi Team,

Linguist modified both messages to use "stiff" as suggested, since "hardware" is not correct here as he mentioned. Not using letter ё as per their Style Guide and grammar rules.
