Non-Regression: Page Info bubble seen chopped when window is resized.

Chrome Version:57.0.2987.54 beta
OS:Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and resize the window from R.H.S
(2)Press F1,click on View site Information Bubble and observe (Kindly refer video)

Expected Result:Overlay shouldn't seen chopped when window resizes.
Actual Result:Instead,Overlay is seen chopped when window is resized.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-40(40.0.2185.0)

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows.

Able to reproduce the issue on non-corp machine Ubuntu 14.04 using 57.0.2987.54. Untriaged this issue to get addressed further.
