What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> launch Browser>> navigate to above URL>> and observe

Expected: Page Format should not be seen broken (Refer screenshot)
Actual: Instead page format is seen broken (Refer screenshot)

Raising this as Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M55

Issue is not seen in the same version M57: 57.0.2987.52/9202.27.0 Beta-channel Candy, Peppy, Quawks

Issue is not seen in Linux and Windows

Issue is  specific to Minnie only
