OS: Macbook pro (TouchBar) (10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, Open Ntp and click on Star icon such that bubble gets open.
2. Press ‘Tab key from keyboard and Observe.

Actual: Focus doe not render on next option after step 2.
Expected: Focus should render/navigate.

This is non-regression issue, seen from ‘M 49’ (49.0.2565.0) and it is specific to Macbook pro (TouchBar)

Note: Issue is not seen on other Windows,Linux and Mac OS.
