Page up/down in textarea with lots of line w/o spellcheck is slow |

Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Create textarea with lots of line(over 20000) and put cursor at around line 19000 or so: https://jsfiddle.net/bpahepbc/ (2) Keep pushing Page up What is the expected result? Page scroll goes well. What happens instead? Page scroll goes slow. This doesn't happen on the head of text. Slowness can be watched over 10000 line.
