Page up/down in textarea with lots of line w/o spellcheck is slow

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create textarea with lots of line(over 20000) and put cursor at around
 line 19000 or so: https://jsfiddle.net/bpahepbc/
(2) Keep pushing Page up

What is the expected result?
Page scroll goes well.

What happens instead?
Page scroll goes slow. This doesn't happen on the head of text.
Slowness can be watched over 10000 line.



 
Summary: Page up/down in textarea with lots of line w/o spellcheck is slow (was: Page up/down in textarea with lots of text w/o spellcheck is slow)
It takes over 80ms on Version 58.0.3011.0 canary on Z840 Windows 10.

Add performance tests of page up/down key navigation

Page up/down in textarea with lots of line w/o spellcheck is slow.

These test creates a textarea w/o spellcheck and insert 20000 lines.
Then, exec page up/down command at the bottom of the textarea.
