DevTools: long links in global listeners, call stack should truncate better

chrome Version: 57.0.2987.54 (Official Build) beta 
OS: Ubuntu(14.04), Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to dev tools
(2)Navigate to the sources of dev tools and expand the global listeners section of sources tab in dev tools and observe


Actual Result:content should not be chopped in global listeners
Expected Result: content in the global listeners is seen chopped 

This is a Non-Regression issue broken in M-50

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using 57.0.2987.54.
Untriaged it to get addressed further.

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac 10.12.3.

I can reproduce this on Mac as well when resizing the vertical splitter.  One solution here is to do better truncation from the middle that grows / hides text depending on the container size.

This request has been open for awhile, and with our current priorities, it does not seem like it will be fixed soon.  Marking as WontFix.

Truncating from the middle was investigated awhile back, and I found that it was not performant if we want the text to be selectable.
