You need to grab the mouse cursor over the scrollbar and drag it up/down!!! After reaching the bottom / top of the screen I return to the original position.

Try Firefox and compare for yourself.

This is especially annoying when the window is MAXIMIZED! After reaching the bottom of the SCREEN I return to the original position. In Firefox I do not return to the original position when I move the scrollbar vertically (hold down the left mouse button, drag the scrollbar to the bottom of the SCREEN). It is very uncomfortable and annoying on long pages: https://mega.nz/#!WEFxiSTL!57m89_1KNIEUelmx2y83YYnc2kJXPQ5hih8fbwgcpPo I hope I clearly explained everything :) Please fix this annoying and stupid behavior. Make the same behavior as in Firefox.

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #56.0.2924.87, Canary 58.0.3017.0 in Windows 10.0 and was able to reproduce the issue. This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M35 #35.0.1915.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed. Note : Not Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Thank you.

Most of all this behavior is annoying on sites with a lot of content. When the scrollbar becomes very small, it is very difficult to slow down in time at the very bottom/top of the scrollbar. Here is an example of such a site: http://www.re4hd.com/ There are no such problems in Firefox and Edge. |
