Samus: Half of the backlight goes off after waking up the device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Suspend the device (e.g. close the lid and wait few seconds)
(2) Resume the device (e.g. open the lid)
(3) Use the device a bit

What is the expected result?

Backlight stays at set level for the whole screen.

What happens instead?

Backlight of about half of the screen becomes significantly weaker.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I have to play a bit more, but it looks like it happens at the first backlight level change after suspend. It's not reproducible every time, though. Also it goes away if I set the backlight to the lowest setting, which seems to be turning the screen off completely.

This has been happening for a while, possibly since 56 release. The image I have at the moment is 56.0.2924.87 and the issue is still there.

Yeah, probably a hardware issue. I've been observing other problems on this Samus lately and it didn't have an easy life with me, so let's assume it's just getting worn out. :)
