build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux takes 40+ seconds to load

Not to be confused with the recently filed: chromium-build.appspot.com console takes 40+ seconds to load [Issue 689621], I believe this one is actually for build.chromium.org.

This one took 1.1 minutes to load. Admittedly, the first 20s were "stalled", but I think that's because it was waiting for the connection from the prior tab to go through [I noticed it wasn't loaded, opened a new tab, opened dev tools, and then tried to load it in the new tab, and the *second* tab took 68 seconds to load].

What else can I do to help diagnose these issues? I see performance issues on a daily basis.

Please note, a couple of minutes after I filed this bug, the page still is pretty slow to load ~15 seconds, but not the 40+s from earlier.

The load time varies by the master you're actually trying to view.

tryserver.chromium.linux, chromium.fyi, and the perf waterfalls in particular are known to be overloaded and very slow sometimes under normal operation.

tryserver.chromium.linux, in particular, though, shouldn't be *consistently* slow, it should be bursty. So if you're seeing this be consistently slow over a period of ten minutes or more, there's probably something more wrong than normal.

We're actively working on how to make things better and more predictable here.

Sorry for ignoring these issues. As a trooper, I'm being paged out of my mind today. I'll try to get to these ASAP, once the major fires are put out.
