"report an issue" menu item does nothing

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click menu icon (3 dots) 2. Select Help/Report An Issue... 3. nothing happens What is the expected behavior? It should open a bug reporter What went wrong? Nothing happens at all. Did this work before? Yes not sure, i think i used it in 54 Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested in chrome # 56.0.2924.87 and canary #58.0.3013.0 on Mac 10.12.3 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. @ clarionette: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, please create new profile without extensions & apps,recheck once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. Thanks in Advance.
