A verification code is requested ignoring the check box "Don't show on this device"

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the application 
2. Tap on the button "Sign in" 
3. Set the check box "Don't show on this device" 
4. Sign in
5. Enter the verification code received from sms
6. Repeat steps 2-4
7. Look at the result 

What is the expected behavior?
The verification code isn't requested

What went wrong?
The verification code is requested ignoring the check box "Don't show on this device"

This isn't a security vulnerability (as the behavior described is *more* secure). It may not be a Chrome bug at all, but instead a site issue.
