Get Help: Support ability to input date range on metrics site

Currently the site displays metrics based on a pre-defined range of dates. We should allow for the date range to be an input into the site.

Throwing out a possible tool for use in implementing this: Google Data Studio.  

See https://datastudio.google.com/open/0B3USdG32HPpNZm1IS0FJSTZmMjA  and click on the down arrow in the top right corner.  A calendar becomes available to select start and end dates.
