Issue descriptionApp Version: 58.0.3012.0 dev iOS Version: 10.3, 9.3.5 Device: iPad Pro (iPads only) URL: http://ios-chrome.appspot.com/bug/time.html Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Google Chrome Dev 2. Navigate to the above URL Observed results: Observe that tab title flickers for sometime continuously, then stops and then starts flickering again. Expected results: Tab title should always be displayed correctly without any flickering at all. Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA (No way to check tab title), Safari: NO. (Works fine) Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M56 Yes Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M57 Yes Autofill bugs: Bug reproducible on Chrome desktop? Works fine with Chrome 58.0.3020.0 Canary, iPad Air2, iOS 9.3.5. Recently there was a change in the way how Chrome reports title changes and the bug may already be fixed. Srikanthg, can you reproduce this with latest Canary?

Verified the issue on the build 58.0.3029.84 dev tested on iPad Air(iOS10). Tab title is always displayed correctly without any flickering, looks good. |
