Update the dominant video algorithm to take into account landscape videos in portrait mode

The algorithm has been written with desktop in mind. On mobile, when a video's aspect ratio matches the screen aspect ratio, it works fairly well. However, when the video and the aspect ratio are opposed (portrait vs landscape) it fails pretty much all the time.
