Issue descriptionFiling good GCM/push bugs often requires a variety of information: - chrome://gcm-internals - chrome://histograms (esp. GCM.*, PushMessaging.* and Notifications.*) - net-log (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pD8wsYu5j7bgYmkjfMU7zosczXdGGJUKA4ooHOOpeNo/edit#heading=h.eoukpzyozwdd) It might be nice to have a button in chrome://gcm-internals for exporting all this information to a file that can be easily attached to a bug tracker issue. To enable this, Start Recording should enable the relevant parts of net-log recording. The exporter might also offer the option of redacting sensitive information (e.g. confidential domain names used for testing), or recommend using something like https://bugs.chromium.org/p/monorail/issues/detail?id=1227#c12.
