Regression : In Memory section, recorded entry disappears on pressing 'Left arrow' key.

Chrome Version : 58.0.3012.0 (Official Build) 66847e854d3acd13965764bcbc72d38f455c463c-refs/heads/master@{#450199} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10), Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12), Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open devtools on NTP and navigate to 'Memory' tab.
2. Select 'Take Heap Snapshot' option and click on 'Take Snapshot' button.
3. Press 'Left arrow' key twice and observe.

Actual : 'Heap Snapshot' entry disappears on pressing 'Left arrow' key.
Expected : 'Heap Snapshot' entry should not disappear after pressing 'Left arrow' key.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 55.0.2859.0
Bad build : 55.0.2861.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good build: 55.0.2859.0 (Revision: 418117).
Bad build: 55.0.2861.0 (Revision: 418732).

You are probably looking for a change made after 449100 (known good), but no later than 449101 (first known bad).

Tested this issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.2 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version#58.0.3018.0 with the steps mentioned in comment #0. 
'Heap Snapshot' entry is not disappeaed after pressing 'Left arrow' key in Dev tools.Hence adding TE-Verified labels.
