Times out everytime.

It contains a comment. "Preference 'dom.serviceWorkers.testUpdateOverOneDay' should be enabled during the execution of the test". So this probably will never work in Chromium.

This test will just be skipped indefinitely. We have coverage for this in browser tests. It could probably be removed from WPT, but not sure if other vendors find it useful.
