[sensor] AmbientLight Sensor reading is inactived on Android

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Test Case: https://genericsensors.appspot.com/ Test Device: Nexus 9 (Android 5.1.1) 1.Run test case 2.Click the button at the top right corner 2. A popup shows, and choose the "Ambient light" Sensor type, click "ADD" button 3. Turn on the switch button 4. Change the ambient light What is the expected behavior? The value of timestamp and illuminance should change. What went wrong? The value of timestamp and illuminance is inactived. Did this work before? Yes 57.0.2971.0 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3011.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 5.1.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 This issue cannot reproduce on Mac OS,Windows and Ubuntu(Dev Channel).

The canary version in the description probably does not contain the updated sensors API. Could you check the issue with 58.0.3012.0? Please re-open if the issue still exists.

Cannot reproduce it. canx.cao@ do you observe the same issue with other sensor APIs (i.e. Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetometer)?

No,the Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Magnetometer Sensor API works fine. Only Ambient Light exist this issue. I double check the Nexus 9 and Nexus 5 android device.The test result please refer to the attachment file "result.png".

I found a native app on google play(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.solutionti.ambientlightsensor), it works fine on the Nexus 9.

@mikhail.pozdnyakov , @alexander.shalamov I retest it on Nexus9(Android 7.1.1) with Chrome Canary 60.0.3102.0, debug log please refer to the attachment. The value of timestamp got "0" all the time. This issue cannot reproduce Nexus 5 and Nexus 7.
