The page "Language" isn't translate after choosing language

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open application Chrome beta
2. Open the main menu
3. Click on the link "My account" 
4. Click on the link "Language & Input Tools" at the bottom of the page
5. Click on the link "Language" 
6. Click on the 'edit' button for the 'English' language
7. Choose Ukrainian 
8. Look at the result 

What is the expected behavior?
The language has been switched to the chosen one

What went wrong?
The language hasn't been switched to the chosen one or the page "Language" isn't translated after choosing the language

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.38  Channel: stable
OS Version: 5.1
Flash Version:

1. Launch chrome.
2. sign in to an existing gmail account.
3. Visit 'myaccount.google.com'
4. Hit the "language and tools" user.
5. Changed language to Ukranian.

Entire page got translated.
Also tested with other non-English languages.

Can you re-check with chrome stable 55.0.2883.91 ?




I have re-checked in Chrome 56.0.2924.87. The page is translated correctly.

Not an issue with latest Chrome.
