reproduction:

- be logged in to two profiles, call them corp and personal
- switch to personal, open a window - i used read.amazon.com
- on the title bar hit 'move to <corp username>'
- window switches as expected
- switch between corp and personal desktop - all is well
- go back to corp
- minimize the window
- switch back to personal desktop
- window has reappeared:
  - on the wrong desktop
  - unminimized
  - with the 'foreign profile' decoration, even though it's back on its natal desktop

Expected behavior: after moving the window to another desktop it should stay there even when minimized.

Reproducible.

I think it's a regression.
