Mouse disappears after pressing any key.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 56.0.2924.87
OS Version: 9000.82.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch any key
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
The mouse should not vanish.

What happens instead of that?
The mouse vanishes.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is actually by design. Mac OS has a similar behavior.

Are you experiencing a usability issue due to it?

Agreed this is WAI, likely WontFix unless there's a new usability issue we need to consider.

I'm finding difficulty coming up with use cases where users need to see the mouse while interacting with mouse. It's been designed like this on CrOS and I'll keep AS IN unless we start receiving more feedback.
