Chrome Canary video has incorrect colors when using mac

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use our webrtc test app to access the camera on mac: https://meet.tokbox.com/haha, you can also use other apps

What is the expected behavior?
The color should be normal

What went wrong?

Did this work before? Yes 57 (beta)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.2924.87  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

This happens only in Chrome Canary 58 with Mac, on windows it works.

Is this the same issue?  I've attached the screen captures of videos and GIF's in websites.  It's got a green/sepia weird look to it.  Youtube and netflix works fine for me in my desktop canary browser though and other browsers work fine too.  But any other vidoes on most other sites like facebook and the like just have messed up colors.  This just happened for me after a restart today.  I'm running latest canary with flash v25

Btw, I'm on windows 10 running chrome 58.0.3011.0 FLash Version: 25.0.0.104
This has been happening for at least 3 days on all WebRTC video as well.  Its easily reproducible on Mac just calling apprtc with loopback.

hubbe@, is the experiment enabled on Mac canary as well?

Looks the same as  issue 691522 , but fortunately reproduces on Mac.

Yes, i think it is enabled on mac.
