MediaStreamAudioDestination should have no outputs

Consider this:

c = new AudioContext();
s = new MediaStreamAudioDestinationNode(c);
s.numberOfOutputs;

This shows that the number of outputs for this node is one.  According to https://webaudio.github.io/web-audio-api/#the-mediastreamaudiodestinationnode-interface there should be no outputs.

This is an artifact, I think, of MediaStreamAudioDestinationNode being implemented as a sub class of AudioBasicInspectorNode.
