Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open google.com
2. select any text
3. paste it with the middle click button of the mouse (native linux feature) in the google search bar. Doesn't work

What is the expected behavior?
Middle click paste work on chrome.

What went wrong?
Middle click paste work on chrome stable, but not anymore on beta / dev channels.
