Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3010.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and login with valid credentials. (2)navigate to the sheets and open a sheet and press f12-->network tab (3)stop the recording and start recording and press f5 and scroll the sheet and observe(refer video). Expected: focus of devtools should stay in the network tab . Actual:Instead focus of devtools is not in the network tab. This is a regression issue broken in M-58. Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, You are probably looking for a change made after 448227 (known good), but no later than 448228 (first known bad). Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.3 with chrome dev #58.0.3024.0, Since it has a release block-stable label , Could anyone from dev team will provide an update the issue.
