Regression: Continous loading icon is shown chrome://bluetooth-internals/#devices

Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3011.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) Revision cc78776e3214ce8cd60288796a20baf7f98e7b52-refs/heads/master@{#449903} OS:Mac (10.12.1,10.11.6) Precondition: Device should be unsupported device and atleast 1 device should be shown after Scanning. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://bluetooth-internals/#devices 2. Click on Inspect link of the scanned device and Observe. Actual: Continuously loading icon is seen even after unsupported device message is displayed. Expected: Loading icon should not be seen. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 57’ and below is Manual bisect info: Good build:57.0.2981.0 bad build:57.0.2982.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
