What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->Launch Camera App -> Enable 'Toggle Filters' 
(2) Now click on 'Take a picture' -> observe Image preview (Please refer video and screenshot)

Expected: Image preview should not be seen chopped
Actual: Instead Image preview is seen chopped

Note: 
1.Issue is also seen if 'Toggle Filters' option is disabled
2. Issue is not seen in 58.0.3007.0/9278.0.0 dev-channel Falco,Blaze devices

This is Non-regression issue seen from M-56
