Oh, forgot we're removing OS-All.

Please, implement this, eyes of many users pretty sensitive. In Opera we can change the colour of address bar out of the box. As I remember in Linux Chromium takes the colour of address bar from GTK, but on Mac it is impossible to adjust :(

In Firefox we can use dark address bar in usual mode too.

Please reopen, even Edge has the dark address bar, and new macOS Mojave comes with a new optional dark theme - Chromium should respect system-wide user settings.

Changing status, but I cannot say this issue could be addressed with priority.

@taped, Would it be difficult to set custom color in address bar? (please forgive me if you're not a proper person to ask)
